COCOLILY – Boxpark Dubai

Located in the heart of Dubai’s Boxpark, the Cocolily flagship store is a bold exploration of “Soft Minimalism” and vibrant brand identity. DTU Design envisioned the space as a series of stacked, curvilinear volumes in “Marshmallow Pink,” creating a soft, fluid contrast to the area’s industrial surroundings.

The architecture is defined by striking Vibrant Red accents, most notably a translucent red staircase that serves as a kinetic visual anchor. To maximize impact in Dubai’s high-traffic environment, we integrated a large-scale digital billboard as a structural extension, seamlessly merging architectural form with digital storytelling.

By balancing playful geometry with high-visibility branding, DTU Design has transformed Cocolily into a multi-sensory landmark that resonates with a sophisticated, cosmopolitan audience.
